About The Role

Head of Above the Line (ATL) Marketing Pocari Sweat will lead all communication for Pocari Sweat through a powerful and innovative marketing campaigns. This role requires strong agility with a strong analytical, creative-mind, and good skills of visual communications.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to translate brand strategies into innovative marketing activities that help brand to create powerful campaign
• Oversees the production of all marketing campaigns and promotional materials, including to ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
• Working closely with cross-functional teams within Pocari Sweat team: including Digital, BTL, sales team to ensure campaign works well
• Leading communication with creative agency and collaboration with external partners that support the campaign: Media, and Digital Agencies to produce effective marketing campaigns

Requirements:

• Bachelor/ Master degree in marketing, communications, or related fields from reputable universities
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in marketing from FMCG companies/creative agencies are preferred
• Involved into at least 3 TVCs/campaigns per year, is preferred
• Highly passionate for creative world, not limited to campaigns, but also digital trends, market trends, etc.
• Good command, written and verbal, in English and Indonesian
